The Challenge
The challenge was immense: our client faced severe accusations of corruption, including receiving substantial bribes from a Telecommunications Company, to influence a cellular phone licensing bid in 2001. The case was complex, with significant political and legal implications, requiring a strategic and meticulous defense.
The Legal Strategy

However, following a diligent appeal process led by AG Legal, the conviction was overturned in December 2012, and our client was acquitted.
