About Roberto Umaña
Licensed Attorney with a specialization degree in Notary and Registration Law.
He developed his studies at Escuela Libre de Derecho and La Salle University.
Roberto Umaña has many years of experience exercising important positions, especially in complex investment advice as well fusions and acquisitions. Also, he has worked in the advisory area of different legal departments of important costarrican Law Firms.
Currently he works as an Associate at the Corporate and litigation Law division of AG Legal.
