Guillermo Sandí Baltodano is a senior legal expert with more than 20 years of experience in notarial, property, and registry law, both in Costa Rica and internationally. He holds a Master’s Degree in Notarial and Registry Law from the University of Costa Rica and has dedicated his career to the analysis, modernization, and development of notarial, registry, and cadastral systems across Latin America.

Mr. Sandí currently serves as a Senior Attorney at AG Legal, where he provides strategic legal counsel in complex real estate, notarial, and registry law matters, especially in transactions and compliance processes involving public registries and property law in Costa Rica.
