Law Degree with a specialization in judicial training. Specialist in Notary and Registry Law. Studied law at the University of Costa Rica.
He worked as Legal Advisor at Quálitas Compañía de Seguros S.A. He was appointed before SUGESE as the Compliance Officer of the Company. He served as an Advisor to the General Management in risk management and mitigation of Money Laundering and related activities.
He has additional training in different seminars and congresses, both national and international, such as the Bar of Attorneys of Costa Rica, Cesi International, the College of Professionals in Economic Sciences of Costa Rica, and the University for Peace (World Compliance Forum Latam), among others.
His capacity for adaptation and resolution to the different legal processes has allowed him to detect the most sensitive areas and the client’s needs, making him a fundamental piece of the company.
He is a Senior Associate in the immigration Department at AG Legal.
He speaks English and Spanish.
