Attorney in Law having coursed a Master’s Degree in Economic Law with emphasis in International Trade.
He has 30 years of experience in practice and professional practice, mainly in the Judiciary.
He has served as Assistant Prosecutor of the Bar of Attorneys in Costa Rica, Counsel of the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, Public Defender, Criminal Judge and Judge of the Contentious Administrative Court.
He has been a professor at different universities such as Universidad de San José, Universidad Latina and Universidad Católica.
He was a member of the Commission of activities and seminars for the implementation and enforcement of the General Law of Public Administration, as well as of the drafting Commission of the Statutes of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
Juan Guillermo is currently dedicated to the administrative litigation and administrative contracting area as an Associate Attorney of AG Legal.
